Manage your team with confidence

Drill down into reports that show performance across every service, employee and product. Get greater visibility over your staff to see exactly what’s working and where to improve.

Stay in the loop in real-time. Get notified the moment a new booking is made or when a customer checks in. Alerts are fully customisable for every individual user.

Sync individual employee schedules with their favourite apps. Ovatu supports two-way sync with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook and more so no one ever misses an appointment.

Planning a break? No problem. Set staff leave and holidays in advance, and Ovatu will automatically adjust your online availability so you don't have to worry about double bookings.

Set your employees' regular hours on a weekly or fortnightly repeating schedule. Create a consistent, recurring roster that works for your business and provides stability for your team.

Ensure your team stays refreshed. Create one-off or ongoing breaks that appear automatically against the relevant employee on the calendar.
